Your new weekend residence will be located in a modern building with four standard, above-ground floors and one subterranean level. The ground floor contains storage areas, 27 parking spaces and 5 garages, from which a comfortable lift will take you up to your flat, which will be between 45 m2 and 94 m2 in area. In winter you can thus get from your car to your flat without getting your feet wet!
The building is divided into two standalone parts (designated D1 and D2), each with its own entrance, staircase and lift. Each entrance includes a room for prams and easy access to the brick cellars provided for the storage of sports and other equipment.
