Wall-hung toilet in all toilet rooms or bathrooms
Acrylate bath in every apartment
Designer (Hansgrohe) sink and shower fittings

High-quality floor coverings

Laminated floating floor in living areas
Large-format tiling in hallway and walk-in cupboard

Doors and windows

Laminated, class-3 security doors at entrance to building
Internal doors panelled, laminated surface
Five-chamber plastic window frames, double-glazed with inert gas for insulation

Apartment fittings do not include kitchen units
